Real Estate School. Inspired by Brian Buffini and his world-renowned training and coaching company, Earl continued his real estate training through classes and mentorship with Buffini & Co. As a people person with an infectious laugh, Earl was right at home in the real estate world. Earl helped his mother develop Team Endrich and together they both strive towards the same core values and goals: integrity, relationship, service, growth and enjoyment. Earl’s focus with the team is to continue to build a team that not only gives their clients the best possible experience before, during and well after any transaction but also to build a community of people that share the same values and goals. Earl and his wife Krista have two fur children, Breagh and Magnus. Earl loves to travel, is an avid golfer and enjoys riding his Peloton Bike and participating in Peleton’s challenges.

Michele Endrich

Team Leader

Michele has 37 years of real estate experience and strives for excellence when it comes to helping clients fulfill their dream of home ownership. Michele’s career began in 1987 in Florida. In 1989, Michele moved home to Delaware where she grew up. In 1990, Michele joined Fox & Roach Realtors and moved to Somerset Lake, where she currently lives and has been a resident for 34 years. This is the same home where she raised her son, Earl.

During these years, Michele was always a top producer. Along with her career in real estate, Michele also became the manager of Chadds Ford Travel in 1980 and was fortunate enough to travel the world and go on many adventures. To this day, travel is still a big part of Michele’s life.

With many years working in various areas of sales and administrative work, Nancy joined Team Endrich in 2014. With the help of Michele and Earl imparting all of their real estate knowledge to Nancy, Nancy quickly grew into her role of client relations.
